Somman creates, schedules, and publishes social media content for your business using AI. You need an Apple account to sign in and an Instagram professional account to publish.
Plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple; manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Credit packs are one-time purchases; purchased pack credits do not expire. Monthly plan credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. AI generations consume credits at the rates shown in the app before you confirm. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
You own the content you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, the content generated for you. You are responsible for what you publish: ensure you have rights to uploaded material and that published posts comply with Instagram's terms and applicable law. Do not use Somman to create unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or imperfect. Review before publishing; the in-app AI review is advisory, not a guarantee of performance.
No abuse of the service, no attempts to access other users' data, no resale without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, k3a.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Delete your account anytime in the app. We may terminate for breach with notice where practicable. Sections on liability and content survive termination.
