Account: when you sign in with Apple we receive a private user identifier and, if you share it, your name and email. Business profile: the details you enter (business name, industry, city, contact info, products, brand preferences). Instagram connection: when you connect an Instagram professional account we store an access token issued by Meta, your Instagram account id and username, and the media and insights of that account needed to schedule, publish, and report. Content: photos and videos you upload and the posts, captions, and videos generated for you. Purchases: subscription and credit-pack transactions are processed by Apple; we store the transaction identifiers Apple provides, never your payment details.
To run the product: generate on-brand content with AI providers, schedule and publish to your own Instagram account, show your performance reports, and operate billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to advertise to you.
Content generation is performed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, fal.ai) acting as processors: your prompts, brand profile, and, where you choose an editing feature, your photos or video frames are sent to them to produce your content. Media is stored on Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare R2.
Only with the processors above (AWS, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Google, fal.ai, Apple, Meta) and only as needed to provide the service. Publishing happens exclusively to Instagram accounts you connected yourself.
Your data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account anytime in the app (Settings → Delete Account) or per the steps on our data deletion page; this permanently removes your profile, drafts, schedule, tokens, and generated media from our systems. Your published Instagram posts remain on Instagram, under your control there.
